Refund policy

Can i return my order for a refund or exchange?

VitMan Nutrition offers returns on unopened items for a refund or exchange. Simply return the item(s) unused within 30 days of the day of delivery and we will refund the amount charged or arrange for a replacement item(s) to be dispatched. We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds or exchange will be given on products that have been used or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

What if my products have arrived damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect products, simply email our Customer Services Department at hello@vitmannutrition.co.uk who will be happy to ensure that you are re-sent the correct products without delay.
