Use of Wild Yam dates back to China for over 2000 years, Wild Yam was a traditional type herb, and our Wild Yam Tablets contain an extract of Mexican Wild Yam (dioscorea villosa) equivalent to 500mg whole dried root.
Wild yam was a popular food supplement, and is also a herb with long use in China, and evidence of its cultivation from around 2000 years ago. Every Wild Yam Tablet contains a concentrated, standardised extract of Mexican Wild Yam (dioscorea villosa), equivalent to 500mg whole dried root, and provides around 16% diosgenin.
Active Ingredients Per Tablet: 50mg of Wild Yam 10x concentrated extract equivalent to 500mg raw herb, containing 16% diosgenin.

European and international orders are delivered by the country’s local post. Pricing is based on the destination and weight of the parcel. We advise approximately 10-15 working days for EU delivery, and 15-20 days for other destinations.
